Bardstown is a small city in north-central Kentucky, about 25 miles east of Elizabethtown and forty miles south of Louisville. Court Square anchors the city’s charming Downtown district, packed with beautifully-preserved buildings that host an eclectic assortment of cafes, specialty shops, galleries, and taverns. Historic landmarks fill the city, from the legendary Old Talbott tavern downtown to My Old Kentucky Home State park on the south side. Bardstown is known throughout the state as the home of the Kentucky Bourbon Festival, which draws thousands of people to town every fall.

How long does it take to secure an apartment?
Timelines vary based on availability and your preferences. Some renters secure a unit in a day, while others may take a week or two.
Where are you located?
We are based in 111 E O'Bryan Ave, just a three minute drive to downtown, restaurants, shops, grocery, and more.
Do you charge an application fee?
Yes. We charge a $40 one-time, non-refundable application fee. Once accepted, we charge a one-time non-refundable fee equal to one month's rent due within 24 hours of acceptance.
How long are your lease agreements?
Most of our leases are for one year minimum. However, additional discounts may apply for lease agreements signed for more than 2+ year lease terms.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We limit pets to under 30 pounds and charge a one-time fee of $150 and an additional $50 per month.
Do you require rent to be paid electronically?
All of our tenants pay rent through autopay. This includes any additional payments that may apply (pet fees, utilities, trash, etc.).
